I have always struggled with my weight, constantly trying the latest and greatest fad diet or magic pill there was. I was doing what they call Yo-Yo dieting, which throws your metabolism off and does not allow it to perform like it should. I would go year after year, not happy with myself or my appearance, and finally said enough is enough. I found me an awesome coach (because even coaches need coaches) and began forming a healthier and better lifestyle. I started putting in the work to fix my body and restore my metabolism, I started feeding my body the right foods and started elevating my workouts. I enjoyed the journey and transforming my body, to where I am happy now. I saw first hand what it takes to make the right and healthy choices to transform your body, which led me to getting certified as a macro nutrition coach myself and helping people transform their life, reach their goals, and develop a healthier lifestyle.
